"I was getting ready to leave for work and noticed there was water all over my kitchen floor, upon investigation I noticed my sink was leaking underneath the cupboard and flooding. Pat walked me through shutting off the water and stopped by that morning to look at what needed to be done. He advised me to call Moen to see about replacement parts for repair. Moen sent an entire new faucet and the day it arrived Pat came over and installed it for me. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the prompt service!"
